Eastham MA

Among Cape Cod real estate, Eastham homes are nearest the best outdoor activities on the Cape. Eastham MA is the home of the National Seashore Park; let Bayside Realty Consultants help you make it your home, too.

The Cape’s natural beauty is easy to see in Eastham at the Salt Pond Visitors Center, on the Nauset Marsh hiking trails, and at Eastham’s two beaches, Coast Guard and Nauset Light Beach. On the western border of Eastham, are beautiful bay beaches, including First Encounter. These bay beaches offer warmer waters, remarkably low tides, and spectacular sunsets.Nauset Light Beach, Eastham, MA

There are historical sites in the area starting with the Schoolhouse Museum, a one-room school house that exhibits Cape Cod history. Other Cape Cod historic sites include the Swift-Daley House, a completely furnished house, built in 1917, and the Old Eastham Windmill built by Thomas Paine in 1680, is a definite landmark of the town. This is the oldest working windmill on Cape Cod. Another Landmark is at Nauset Light beach; the Nauset Lighthouse built in Chatham in 1877. It was moved to Eastham in 1923 to replace the 3 Sister Light. This is the most famous lighthouse on the East coast.

Fairs in Eastham that are a must-see are the Eastham Painters Guild, shown throughout the summer, and Windmill weekend, September 5th-7th. Let us help you make Eastham your home.
